This is just fucked up in the best way. If I had nightmares anymore oh would I be in for it after seeing this.
Again it makes me think of something profoundly other, growing, becoming, trying to mimic us but with only a cursory glance of how things work here. Your work seems to depict very warped versions of things seen in our world, and that inspires me to no end. Keep it up.

He's just adorable even if he does look a bit grumpy. Or maybe he's just fed up with the shadow creatures trying to nick his mushrooms. A fabulously dark picture.
